The Troy Sale Barn Hall has a maximum occupancy of 300 people. We have decor items available for use with your rental that include white lights, grapevine balls, wine glasses, mason jars, glass votives, a wooden bar, a rustic dessert tower, silverware and antique place settings. Additionally we can provide 25 round tables, six 8 foot tables, 10 hightop cocktail tables, and 200 chairs for your events. The Barn also has a modern kitchen area complete with a household-size gas stove, a soda cooler, chest freezer, dishwasher, counter space, hand washing station, and a 3 bay sink. The newly renovated women's and men's restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations and are handicapped accessible. The large barn doors can be opened during warm weather events and the concrete floor has radiant heat for making cold weather events comfortable.
Our venue has all of the modern amenities necessary to make hosting an event easy and without losing any of the rustic charm of a historical barn.
With all of the provided tables, chairs, and additional austere decorations the Troy Sale Barn makes planning for your wedding even easier. Conveniently located in the center of Troy, the Sale Barn is easy to find for guests and has parking to accommodate them. We are continually adding items to the Troy Sale Barn to make it the ideal venue to use for your special day.
The Troy Sale Barn is a versatile space and has hosted numerous types of events including: meetings for many different organizations, brides/grooms for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, funeral dinners, wedding/baby showers, community theatre dinners & shows, fundraisers, class & family reunions, dances, Senator Yaw's Ag Breakfast, Representatives Tina Pickett & Clint Owlett Concealed Carry Seminar. The Troy Sale Barn Operating Corporation is also sponsoring events at the Barn such as the archery league, bingo, Hometown Christmas, Winter Dinner/Dance Fundraiser, and other educational endeavors to benefit our local communities.
